Lady Kathryn Cake
Inspired by my mother... delicate, sugar encrusted branches encircle smooth fondant tiers. On display in the Ines Di Santo Boutique, Yorkville Toronto.
This white on white wedding cake was designed for Today Show Fashion Editor and celebrated author Bobbie Thomas. Lace Bobbin Meringue
Topped with a chocolate jewel, meringues have never been so regal! Added sugar bobbin lace makes sure you take notice.

Gold Deco Mini
A mini cake topped with mounds of buttercream, a gold chocolate seashell and wrapped in intricate sugarpaste details.
SeaHorse Tiered Cookie
We were the first to set the trend of tiered cookies. This one topped with delicate sugar petals and a chocolate seahorse is a unique statement piece.
A tiny cake with a huge presence. Hand torn sugar paste petals gilded in gold are topped with a shock of purple orchids.
A large double barrel cake done entirely in buttercream proves that fondant isn't the only one who can get fancy! Arching blooms with glittered stamens make it a decadent sight to behold.
Like a jewelled dress pinned with jewels ~ we took sugar pearls and dressed them up.

24K White Monolith
Wedluxe Magazine asked us to create this ensemble inspired by gold. The main cake has a huge cavern cutting straight through it covered in 24k gold leaf. Natural light passes through the cake and makes it glow! Topped with hand crafted gold leaf chocolate oysters and belted with gold yogurt berries, coconut and sugar. We just love buttercream. It tastes delicious and if done just right... can knock your garters off.
The King Edward's logo is a detailed crown which we replicated in this cupcake design. Ruffled buttercream and edible 24k gold leaf make this custom piece very sought after! That gorgeous gown sparkling in the background in from the one and only Ines Di Santo.
When Karen Tran calls... well you better pick up the phone! I have long been a fan of this international floral artist. Her worldwide fame is well deserved. We created 3 cakes for her Toronto event inspired by none other than Karen herself.

Edible tassels? Of course!! Every thing we add to our cakes is edible. Pulled sugar, gumpaste and chocolate are all we need to make your custom creation looks and tastes incredible.

We have been in many different WeddingBells issues, but this was our first and still remains my favorite. This Hamptons inspired editorial included a large sugar pearl cake and many little details like starfish meringue, nautical cupcakes and seaglass apples! Shot at THE ESTATES OF SUNNYBROOK.
Each sugar pearl placed on this cake was hand colored to a very specific palette. Briar roses and gold nautical knots are the perfect accent.

Seafoam green and gold chocolate artisan apples, our world famous tiered cookies with starfish toppers, hand painted meringues and nautical cupcakes balance out our driftwood cake.

Gorgeous items from William Ashley rounded out the table with goldware and stunning blue thistle florals. Our Briar Rose Cupcake finished it off.
